- See the instructor for paperwork to earn credit from Mo S&T (form: http://registrar.mst.edu/media/administrative/registrar/documents/forms/PLTW_BioSci_revised_November%202016.pdf ); mail it to MoS&T with payment and with your official FHS transcript from Mrs Debbie Detring (put everything together in the same envelope). Be sure to sign the form and have your teacher's signature on each course/grade. You can do this form at the end of EACH year if you prefer not to have one large payment at the end of Junior year.

Be sure to sign form and fill out where to MAIL (MAC doesn't accept faxed or electronic transfer of transcripts). You can also include this form and payment with items in #1 above.
- Be sure to transfer all BiomedPLTW MoS&T credit to MAC at the end of your Junior year if your goal is to complete the AA or 42 hour Gen Ed block while in high school. Check your online MyMAC transcript to make sure all credits appear before October of your Senior year. If you need assistance, contact MoS&T's Registrar's office at 573-341-4181, the contact person is Brittany Parnell. If the issue is on MAC's end, contact the MAC Registrar's office at 431-4593
DUAL ENROLLMENT: Application process starts the middle of the PRIOR semester. For students who haven't taken a class yet through MAC, they begin by filling out the online HSDE registration form (admissions tab from your MyMAC account) in MyMAC at least 3 days prior to online enrollment & have your counselor PDF & email your transcript to MAC; this is for classes on a MAC campus or online through MAC with a MAC instructor. Once you apply online (if you don't already have a MAC login), then you are able to look up your MAC ID, MAC email address, and password (same for both). Online courses run through your MyMAC account; read every word of your syllabus & be sure to complete the online learning contract on the e-learning tab before your online or hybrid class starts. It is not recommended that a student take a dual enrollment class prior to taking a dual credit class, for experience. Dual enrollment includes courses on any MAC campus, including the Farmington Outreach Center, and online courses, including Microapps, Fit for Life, American Political, etc. See the online course catelog at http://www.mineralarea.edu/generalInformation/MACcatalogs.aspx for a description and course requirements, see the DIRECTIONS link below this field for information on times/dates of course offerings in the next semester. Once you have applied, then enrollment is completed online via your MyMAC account -- print a copy of your schedule in MyMAC and bring it to Ms. Andrea Richardson. See MAC's "are you ready for online courses" info page: http://www.mineralarea.edu/programsandcourses/MAC-Online.aspx
SCHOLARSHIP for MAC AFTER FHS graduation: Application process starts in October/November/December/January (deadline is the last Friday in FEBRUARY yearly; this is a change from previous years). Acceptance/rejection letters are mailed prior to May 1st -- scholarships are valid for the following year (until graduation for Seniors) after acceptance, up to 21 MAC credit hours per year. See the FINANCIAL AID link under APPLYING/PAYING for the Scholarship Application Form.
